Class balance

I spent much time to balance the game play (classes). There are no so called "overpowered" classes. All are almost equall to each other. I dont want this server to be kamael, tank, dagger etc. only.

It is possible that I could overlook some things (skills) and still something can be wrong. If you notice any "overpower" please report it and I will make a proper adjustment. (Please dont spam or cry that server is disbalanced or crappy cuz you cant kill any class. Just let me know what is wrong. Shaky claims will be punished, significant reports will be rewarded.)

Done so far:
1. no pvp items
2. a proper buff settings at NPC Buffer
3. attribute lvl 4 (but soon I will add lvl 7)
4. overenchant is not easy to get
